FOCUS ON REGED

RegEd offers compliance services to clients in the financial services sector and needed a web-based server side system to help them process new hires and implement securities registration, licensing and producer data exchange. We had the solution. Implementing PINacle Xchange, we developed an ASP enterprise solution designed to collect, aggregate, validate, synthesize and distribute producer data from every point in the enterprise. This solution gives broker dealers the ability to streamline their licensing and registration processes. Data is integrated with the NASD and NIPR, eliminating redundant data entry and saving time. Roles and workflow are configurable based on an organizations business rules. Automated regulatory and firm-specific data validations, real-time filing status and custom event-driven notifications make compliance simple.

Our role in the process was the customization of the application; we designed and deployed the PINacle suite to our client's specifications, working closely with domain experts to gather requirements. We set up data integration, conversion, warehousing and reconciliation. Finally, we provide ongoing maintenance services and training as required. RegEd's clients are secure and satisfied, and their clients are too. We can do the same for you.

RegEd, Inc. was founded in 1994 by John M. Schobel, Jr. to provide continuing education products and services to the financial services industry. Since that time, RegEd has become the industry's largest provider of continuing education, firm element and training. Through strategic acquisition and product development, RegEd has become the only provider responding to the full spectrum of compliance demands surrounding agent and representative compliance. Our acquisitions of CCH's FINRA Exam Prep materials and virtual classroom training and CT Insurance Services has given RegEd the most comprehensive portfolio of securities and insurance compliance products and services in the industry. In 2004, Fiserv Inc. acquired RegEd, allowing Fiserv to cross-sell RegEd products and services. As part of the acquisition, RegEd took over the operations of Emerald Learning Solutions, a Fiserv distance learning organization that also serves the insurance and securities industries.
