PRIME™ > PRIME™ DataValidate

WE KNOW DATA VERIFICATION
Let's assume that your data is clean and standardized, duplicates don't exist and addresses are correct. What about outdated and incorrect provider credentials? You need up-to-date credentialing and performance analysis for practitioners and facilities, integrated with primary source verification through established industry databases. Clean contact data is not enough; until all aspects of provider information are current and NCQA compliant, your data is not ready for publication.

Our PRIME™ DataValidate process takes your cleansed data and:
  • Identifies and removes outdated, retired and dead entries (no dead docs!)
  • Verifies caregiver and facility credentials using industry-standard databases
  • Checks providers across data sources to perform gap analysis
  • Archives credential documents for easy access
PRIME™ DATAVALIDATE

Data validation insures that your program has good data. Validation rules are used to verify that data is correct. This logic checks for valid sets; for example, a phone number consists of numbers and the minus and parentheses characters. Without them, it is not valid.

At a more sophisticated level, data is processed through timely data sources for the most current information on provider identity and credential criteria.
