John is an executive level administrator with 40+ years of experience in the healthcare payer space. He has held various leadership roles in Claims Operations, Provider Operations, Credentialing, and Customer Service. During the latter part of his career, John has been primarily engaged in the oversight of Provider Data Management activities. His main area of focus has been on efforts to ensure that provider directory data is properly managed, updated timely and is continuously monitored for accuracy. He is a subject matter expert with respect to all aspects of federal and State level provider data regulatory requirements related to directory accuracy, network adequacy, access and availability, and appointment wait time standards.
